As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll lead complex, cross-functional programs inside GitLab's Engineering Division, helping teams turn important but ambiguous work into clear plans and reliable delivery. You'll bring structure to initiatives that span Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and Go-to-Market, so teams stay aligned on scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
