What is The Role?
The Finance team is seeking a Director of International Financial Reporting who would be excited to join a financial reporting team in a fast-growing technology company. As a Director of International Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for leading the global statutory reporting requirements of Elastic. The successful candidate will have responsibility for Dutch IFRS reporting as well as in-country local statutory reporting requirements for international entities. The candidate should have demonstrated strong technical accounting experience, be analytical with strong problem-solving skills, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work with excellent accuracy under pressure, and provide solid advice/data to others while demonstrating strong team-building skills.

This is a critical and high-profile role that plays an integral part in the Company’s growth and success. And as part of a multinational company, the individual will work with international accounting team members to support international close and statutory reporting and needs to be open to flexible hours to cover time zone differences. This role reports to Elastic’s Vice President, Corporate Controller.
