About the Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Global People Operations Programs to join our team to lead the strategy and execution of Vercel’s programs supporting our team outside the US. This role ensures our international footprint operates with precision, consistency, and compliance to support our teams across EMEA, APAC, Canada and LATAM.
As part of the People Ops leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to scale compliant and efficient operations globally, managing how we hire, support, and enable talent in the global regions. You’ll lead programs like entity expansion for workforce planning, EOR partnership, contingent workforce management, and global mobility (including immigration and relocation).
Your work will make it easier for our teams worldwide to move fast while maintaining operational excellence and local compliance.
What You Will Do:
• Drive programs supporting our employees and broader People Team strategy outside the US, including vendor management, and workflows that deliver consistent, high-quality employee experiences across regions.
• Lead Vercel’s entity expansion strategy for workforce planning, evaluating new markets and operational readiness in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Manage EOR and benefits vendors across 25+ countries, ensuring scalable processes, service quality, and accurate employee data.
