Join the team as Twilio’s next Director for New Business Sales, EMEA North.
About the job
This position is needed to lead our New Business Account Executive team selling into the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions within EMEA. Reporting into the RVP Sales, EMEA North, the right person for this role is an experienced leader and new-logo hunter who can build and develop a high performing team of hunters to serve as the engine of growth for the region.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
• Build and manage a high performing team of account executives that pursue new prospects in the EMEA North regions.
• Coach and lead a team to identify a focused strategy around new-client pursuit selling solutions across the entire portfolio of Twilio Products.
• Enable and coach your team around how to engage across every customer segment but with a focus on enterprise hunting.
• Work closely with our Professional Services & Partner teams to help new customers achieve success as they onboard onto the platform.
• Forecast your team overachieving on their goals, and deftly present your guidance to your management.
