Airbnb’s Talent Partner (HRBP) team is responsible for delivering the most critical components of HR services, including advising leaders, managers and employees on people matters, supporting the planning and delivery of cyclical talent programs, collaborating with COEs on global program delivery, partnering with functional experts on research and investigations, and supporting function specific or regionally driven projects, among other responsibilities and opportunities.

The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environments and is passionate about collaborating with business leaders to deliver high-impact talent solutions. They possess strong influencing, coaching and mentoring skills and consistently build effective relationships with executives and employees at all levels. We are seeking an HR thought leader who can seamlessly balance strategic partnership with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach.

The Senior Talent Partner (HRBP), EMEA leads a team of three Talent Partners and Advisors, supporting over 700+ employees and leaders across the EMEA region. This role partners closely with Functional Talent Directors, the EMEA Regional Director, Country Managers and regional functional leaders to implement both global and functional people programs that drive business success.
