Coinbase is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to cultivate and expand technical relationships, implementations, and integrations with Coinbase Institutional clients and platforms. TAMs collaborate closely with Coinbase's Sales, Account Management, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to guarantee that Coinbase's offerings consistently meet and surpass client expectations.
As the trusted technical Advisor to Coinbase customers, the TAM is responsible for the health & growth of Coinbase technology and integrations within their book of clients. Also the TAM serves as the point of contact for technical service escalations.
