The team achieves this by gathering customer insights to inform stripe's product strategy, spearheading go-to-market strategy and product launches and collaborating with customer-facing and product teams to drive product adoption
About the role
We're seeking a senior product marketing leader to drive stripe’s product growth and adoption across APAC. This is a pivotal role, responsible for leading a team of regional PMMs, shaping strategy, and driving high-impact execution across markets. you will act as a key partner to product, sales, and marketing leadership globally—translating stripe’s product vision into regional momentum and results.
This is a leadership role with broad strategic accountability across multiple markets, products, and channels. It’s ideally suited to a leader who brings deep functional expertise, strong people leadership, and the ability to operate at both 30,000 feet and ground level.
What you’ll do
Vision & strategy
• Define the APAC product marketing priorities in alignment with product and GTM strategies.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across Stripe’s portfolio—especially in priority markets and high-potential segments.
• Translate business priorities into actionable regional plans across strategy, messaging & launch, and enablement & growth.
Market intelligence & product partnership
• Lead the generation of regional market insights—across customer needs, vertical trends, competitive moves, and product performance.
• Influence product strategy by advocating for APAC customer needs and surfacing regional opportunities to global PMM and product leaders.
Go-to-Market excellence
• Drive regional launch strategy and execution for major products, features, and GTM initiatives.
